A relocation of offices facilitated change

Cognito Ltd is a leading provider of mobile workforce solutions, based in Newbury, Berkshire. Ashlar ID were appointed by BHP Project Management to help deliver the refurbishment and relocation of Cognito’s 140 staff and services to new office space at Rivergate House in Newbury’s premier business park.

Unoccupied, dark and dated 1980s’ cellular offices were transformed to a modern, fresh and open plan office environment, maximising the new office’s access to natural light.

We formed a distinctive new reception area, conference rooms, meeting rooms, staff kitchen, tea point, break-out areas, print and copy areas to provide Cognito with an modern and dynamic workspace reflective of their brand.

Working with the public sector to consolidate and improve their real estate

Working alongside Boddy Associates, Ashlar ID worked closely with the LCC project team to refurbish their existing office accommodation in line with the Work Well office strategy as written by the council.

Not only have we have been part of a very successful refurbishment of Leicestershire County Council’s County Hall property portfolio, we have also helped deliver cost savings by reducing the property portfolio and increasing the amount of staff working at County hall through flexible working.

The accommodation was previously highly cellular but is now open plan with a variety of different work settings to support the staff.

Tribal were looking for a complete change functionally and visually to attract the best talent and achieve a better working environment for staff and visitors alike

Tribal Group tasked Ashlar ID to transform their existing workspace in St Mary’s Court, Sheffield.

Tribal wanted to refresh and upgrade all areas to reflect their brand and values as a leading technology consultancy.

The works included refurbishment to the reception, open plan areas, WC’s and to the core areas.

The end result was a striking design scheme with high quality office accommodation with an enhanced reception area that Tribal are proud to bring clients to.

Working alongside Gregory Associates, Ashlar ID was commissioned to provide an interior design scheme, tender package and indicative space plans for office accommodation in Windsor covering 1251 sq m.

The accommodation was previously very tired and dated and was in need of complete refurbishment. Ashlar ID provided a scheme that brought the accommodation up to date and far more attractive to a potential new tenant.

The works included refurbishment to the reception, open plan areas, WC’s and to the core areas including the lift car.

Planning a new and dynamic space for University ITS services

Working as part of Coventry University Estates department , Ashlar ID were tasked with planning and designing a very different space for the ITS department

ITS wanted a scheme that was along the lines of a Google Office whilst  allowing for a variety of different work settings that not only looked good but remained functional

We delivered a space plan and design concept that was developed to completion by Robothams Architects that provides ITS with a new space including open plan project spaces and a sizeable break out area.
