I design thoughtful spaces shaped by client needs and the people who use them. With over 35 years of experience in commercial interior design, and nearly two decades leading Ashlar ID, my work brings together strong spatial understanding, sensory awareness, and a clear view of how environments shape behaviour, wellbeing and performance.
My approach is informed not only by professional expertise, but also by lived experience as part of a neurodivergent family. This has deepened my understanding of how environments can support or hinder comfort, regulation and participation, and continues to inform how I approach inclusive, sensory-aware design.
I work across workplace, education, events and wellbeing settings, often transforming existing buildings into environments that feel intuitive, flexible and supportive, aligned with how organisations work and the people who use them.
Trusted Partners.
We work with a small network of trusted partners and collaborators whose expertise complements our own.
Depending on the project, this may include specialists in fit out, furniture, acoustics, lighting, accessibility, and wellbeing.
We also regularly work alongside client-appointed or preferred contractors and consultants. Teams are assembled to suit each brief, with the right skills in place to support both people and delivery.
Spaces designed for how people feel - not just how they look
