Ashlar ID was initially appointed to review Inspiration Healthcare’s existing facilities in Croydon. A survey and accommodation analysis confirmed that the organisation’s premises, spread across five separate buildings, could not support projected growth and were not financially viable for refurbishment.

Two former warehouse units were subsequently identified and transformed into a modern manufacturing, research and office facility. The industrial space was significantly reconfigured, including the introduction of mezzanine office accommodation to maximise the building volume and integrate manufacturing, R&D and workplace functions.

Designed to be efficient and low carbon, the new facility brings multidisciplinary teams together within one location that supports collaboration, innovation and the future needs of the business.
