Ashlar ID was appointed by 7 Construction & Interiors Ltd to create the design scheme for the refurbishment of an existing breakout space at Ocado.

The scheme provides a breakout area where staff can step away from their desks, connect with colleagues and take a pause during the working day. Materials, lighting and layout were carefully considered to create a welcoming atmosphere that supports both relaxation and informal interaction.

The result is a refreshed breakout space that encourages everyday connection while providing a comfortable place for staff to pause and reset.
