Lucy Properties appointed Ashlar ID to design their new offices within a space that began as little more than a concrete shell. Working closely with the client and the wider project team, the design transformed the raw space into a contemporary and functional workplace environment.

The design created a balanced workplace environment including a welcoming reception area, meeting rooms, breakout room and focused work settings to support both day-to-day operations and client engagement. Acoustic performance and staff wellbeing were carefully considered throughout the scheme to support a comfortable and effective working environment.
