Our project was I feel different to the normal. It was small, on a tight budget, and needed to cater for the opinions of many. All of these challenges for others, were seen as opportunities to Debbie. Her ability to listen deeply, challenge, and suggest new ideas from a position of truly understanding what we wanted - has resulted in an office space that I, and the entire team are immensely proud of. The assistance continued all the way through the build process, which due to circumstances we did ourselves. Her visits, experience, contacts, words of encouragement, and availability to me personally were what helped make it a success.
